Prices shown on this website are starting points only. Final pricing depends on your project requirements and will be confirmed in writing. Quotes remain valid for the period stated in the quote.

Upon full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the final deliverables produced for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

You agree to provide the information, content and access we reasonably need to complete your project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esidey Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
